Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States.

You will work on-site, delivering tax expertise, personal and business tax guidance, and seamless support for TurboTax clients in a community setting. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll build relationships, grow the local TurboTax client base, and provide in-person and virtual assistance, while adhering to schedules and training.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney credentials or preparer qualifications.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, clear guidance.
