Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, combining tax expertise with community engagement.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. This role also involves outreach and events to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for a full Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
