Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to address complex personal and business tax needs, while building lasting client relationships in the community. You will grow the local client base, engage in grassroots marketing, and leverage Intuit resources to provide a seamless TurboTax experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and comply with hours.
• Must complete required training and development programs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a local face of TurboTax in marketing efforts and community initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via video tools.
