Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, building a complete understanding of each customer's financial picture.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and strengthen relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
