Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to serve clients across personal and business taxes.

You’ll build local client relationships, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit resources for end-to-end service. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, ongoing training, and the opportunity to grow within the Intuit ecosystem,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office during standard hours; training and uniforms provided.
• Strong communication and community presence in the local market.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with marketing support.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end client service and ongoing support.
