Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance while growing a local client base.

You will collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end services, ensure client success, and strengthen community presence through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 in local time.
• Must complete all required training and comply with policies; uniforms required and name used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized service and cross-selling opportunities.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
