Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex financial situations while building lasting relationships with local customers. You will act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships, supported by TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/ advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as community ambassador.
• Connect clients to full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
