Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broad network of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and represent TurboTax in marketing efforts, ensuring clients

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing initiatives, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both onsite and virtually, guiding clients through tax questions with clear explanations.
