Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full-service return preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences, from personal tax filings to business considerations.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorne​y with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and ensure full client financial picture is understood.
