Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at Turbotax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to expand TurboTax services

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
