Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance while helping clients navigate complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build local relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
