Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms; consent to advertising with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients with simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
