You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem, and help grow the local customer base while delivering a seamless end-to-end experience. You will assist clients with complex tax scenarios, ensure compliance, and leverage Intuit tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns filing experience per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Be the local face of TurboTax and uphold Intuit’s standards.
