Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, client advisory, and service delivery at a local TurboTax location in your community. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and foster ongoing client relationships.

Role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, local market growth, and leveraging Intuit resources to offer comprehensive services including bookkeeping and payroll as needed.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must conduct onsite work at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tax Expertise – hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios and planning.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build Relationships – develop long-term trust leading to repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure professional, helpful service in person and via Intuit tools.
