Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing a local client base through community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and relationships through community outreach and marketing support.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and via remote tools.
