Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem. You’ll grow the local client base while delivering an end-to-end, personalized customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, on-site collaboration, and ongoing training. A bilingual (English/Spanish) skillset is a plus and a strong customer-focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid prep experience filing 30+ 1040s using pro software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, ~20 hours/week, 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Willing to build a local/online social presence; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and compliance with training.
