Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation expertise and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as local community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
