• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for end-to-end client service.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via virtual interactions.
