Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for onsite and virtual clients, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

You will build local relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and participate in community outreach, workshops, and networking events supported by TurboTax marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Work with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Ensure a high-quality, personalized customer experience during in-person and virtual meetings.
