Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax support, deliver full-service tax return preparation, and act as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and coordinate with a network of specialists to offer end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and establish relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for a holistic advisory approach.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
