Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide expert tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with a team of professionals and act as a trusted advisor in-person and virtually, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while growing the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Act as a local face to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma when appropriate.
• Build Relationships - Develop long-term trust and repeat business through personalized client engagement.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure professional service and clear guidance for clients in person and via video tools.
