Job summary

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to fit client needs.
• Deliver excellent customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.
