Job summary

Intuit is seeking onsite TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver professional tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will serve clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through both simple and complex tax scenarios with a focus on high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
