You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert guidance while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

This role emphasizes client relationships, community engagement, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand TurboTax services. Onsite presence and a strong customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
