Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, build relationships in the community, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual EN/Spanish is a plus.
