Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role requires on-site presence and a strong focus on tax expertise and client service.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Experience with personal and business tax returns and deductions optimization.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and participate in training.

Responsibilities

Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively grow the local customer base and engage with the community.
Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with related Intuit services to address their needs.
Build Relationships - foster long-term trust and repeat business through exceptional service.
