Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials with strong tax preparation knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, min 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniform and be featured in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals with empathetic service.
