Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site tax experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll work onsite, participate in community events, and help clients achieve financial goals through personalized guidance and access to Intuit’s ecosystem of services and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, building and growing a local customer base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions nearby to address their full financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual interactions.
