Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, engage with clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem for ongoing support.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, attending community events, and collaborating with tax experts across the business to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through grassroots outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both on-site and via Intuit tools.
