Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for customers, both in person and virtually, while maintaining 20+ hours weekly during peak times.

Formación

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a trusted guide, connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
