Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site in TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

The role emphasizes community engagement, long-term client relationships, and a seamless end-to-end client experience. On-site presence is required, with hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and a minimum of 20

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid filing experience for 1040s using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to convert transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and video communications.
