You will prepare tax returns, offer expert advice, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. The role emphasizes local growth, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite presence required; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Training and professional development required.
• Willingness to wear company uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Proactively build local client base and relationships in the community.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent customer service and end-to-end tax support.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities to grow TurboTax presence.
