Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, grow the local business, and drive loyalty through community events and personalized financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Develop relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver exceptional service.
