Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to guide clients through their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual clients, delivering hands-on tax preparation, and collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Comfortable working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax office with 20+ hours weekly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong tax advisory capabilities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow local customer base via outreach, events, and community partnerships, while ensuring end-to-end client experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address client needs.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax solutions and ongoing planning in plain language.
