Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide on-site and virtual tax services, combining tax expertise with customer care to help clients navigate complex filings.

This full‑time, on‑site role emphasizes hands-on preparation, local community outreach, and collaboration with tax specialists. You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and connect clients

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney preferred.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, hours may scale during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, grass-roots marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
