Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will deliver end-to-end service, from discovery to outcomes, partnering with specialists for comprehensive client support and ongoing relationship-building within your community. You will drive local growth, educate clients on Intuit solutions, and ensure a best-in-class experience through in-person and virtual engagements, with a focus on

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, ~20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to complete training and compliance programs as required.
• Uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Interest in building local/community presence with tax education and content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time engagements into multi-year partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
