Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear company uniform and participate in brand advertising.
• Interest in local community engagement and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
