Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, including personal and business tax considerations, and drive local growth. The role emphasizes hands-on client work, in-person and virtual interactions, and building long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit resources to expand local presence and client

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; hours may expand.
• Must complete training and development per business needs; training and cross-training required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence for TurboTax expertise.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory helps.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and organizing outreach events.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partners.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service.
