Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will help clients complete tax returns, advise on deductions, and connect customers with Intuit’s broader services in a collaborative, end-to-end process. The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering excellent service, and partnering with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms; advertising usage.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build local client base and organize events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and client loyalty.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and effective use of video tools.
