Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work in-person with clients and remotely when needed, ensuring accurate tax solutions and a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the TurboTax footprint in the community, and collaborating with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with community partnerships and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services, such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
