Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns, serving personal and small business clients while linking them to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. This role emphasizes community presence, trust, and end-to-end customer care.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep (30+ 1040s) per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• onsite availability 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week
• Must wear company uniforms and be comfortable using name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building local and online presence as TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions
