Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and small business clients, while engaging the local community to grow the client base.

You’ll work with a collaborative team of tax professionals, participate in discovery sessions, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for end-to-end service.
