Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, trusted tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You’ll collaborate with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients navigate complex tax situations and planning for the future in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete trainings and wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing initiatives.
