Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs.

You’ll grow the local client base and connect clients with budgeting, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll work with a collaborative team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and participate in community outreach to deepen client

Qualifications

• Must hold an EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth with marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, helpful service.
