Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while helping clients navigate complex scenarios and build ongoing relationships.

You will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to connect clients with related services in the Intuit ecosystem and drive local growth through community engagement and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Must have active EA/CPA or practicing attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and referrals, with support from marketing tools.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to offer a comprehensive client solution.
