Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships while offering year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as community ambassador, building local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through exceptional service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
