Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with clients in person, and also support virtual customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with tax professionals across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Must be on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to raise TurboTax visibility.
