Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions, from discovery to final filing, while helping clients understand complex tax situations. You will engage with local communities, build client relationships, and collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and planning

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events with marketing support.
