Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and helping clients maximize refunds while growing your local client base. You will be embedded in the community, conducting outreach, organizing events, and connecting clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
