Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and serve as trusted advisor to help customers optimize refunds and plan future taxes.

You’ll build a local customer base, organize community events, and collaborate with marketing. Onsite hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep exp preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours per week (8:00–17:00)
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Build local customer base via outreach, referrals, and community events
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.)
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools
